30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is a problem with your product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• A free replacement item

• A full refund

The choice will be provided based on the specific situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or destroying the product

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Return Shipping

Due to the nature of international fulfillment and shipping costs, customers are generally not required to return the product.

In some cases, additional information, photos, or videos may be requested before a refund or replacement is approved.

Refund Processing
